How to delete your DrawDownDiary account together with all trades, psychology entries, journal, screenshots and settings — in the app as well as on the website.
1. Sign in to the app or at thedrawdowndiary.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. At the very bottom, tap “Delete Account” and confirm the deletion in the box that appears. If you signed in more than ten minutes ago, we also ask for your password there, for your security.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. A running subscription ends at the same time.
If you can no longer sign in, write from the address you registered with to support@thedrawdowndiary.com (subject “Delete account”). We delete the account after verifying that the request comes from you. You can also reset your password first and follow the steps above.
All personal data of your account is deleted. We keep individual records longer where the law requires it or where they serve as evidence (such as invoice and contract records). Which ones and for how long — including for backups — is set out bindingly in the Privacy Policy (section “Retention Period”).
Before deleting, you can export a complete copy of your data in the settings.
