Hier erklären Sie den Rücktritt von Ihrem Vertrag mit DrawDownDiary. Als Verbraucher können Sie binnen 14 Tagen ab Vertragsabschluss ohne Angabe von Gründen zurücktreten (§ 11 FAGG). Sie brauchen dafür keinen Zugang zu Ihrem Konto und müssen sich nicht einloggen.
Use this page to withdraw from your contract with DrawDownDiary. As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving any reasons (§ 11 FAGG). You do not need account access and you do not have to log in.
Nicht zu verwechseln mit der Kündigung: Der Widerruf (Rücktritt) beendet den Vertrag rückwirkend innerhalb der ersten 14 Tage und führt zur Rückabwicklung. Die Kündigung beendet ein laufendes Abonnement für die Zukunft, zum Ende des bezahlten Abrechnungszeitraums, und ist jederzeit möglich. Wenn Sie Ihr Abo einfach nicht verlängern wollen, ist die Kündigung der richtige Weg.

Not to be confused with cancellation: withdrawal ends the contract retroactively within the first 14 days and leads to a refund. Cancellation ends a running subscription for the future, at the end of the billing period you have paid for, and is possible at any time. If you simply do not want your subscription to renew, cancellation is the right route.
Wir fragen nur nach den drei Angaben, die das Gesetz vorsieht: Ihr Name, die Bezeichnung des Vertrags und eine E-Mail-Adresse für die Bestätigung. Einen Grund müssen Sie nicht angeben und wir fragen auch nicht danach.
We only ask for the three items the law provides for: your name, an identification of the contract, and an e-mail address for the confirmation. You do not have to give a reason and we do not ask for one.
Ob im Einzelfall ein Rücktrittsrecht besteht, hängt vom Zeitpunkt ab. Wir prüfen das im Anschluss — die Erklärung können Sie in jedem Fall abgeben, und sie ist mit dem Absenden wirksam zugegangen.
Whether a right of withdrawal exists in your individual case depends on the timing. We review that afterwards — you can submit the declaration in any case, and it is validly received the moment you send it.
Der Rücktritt ist formfrei. Sie können ihn auch per E-Mail an support@thedrawdowndiary.com erklären oder das Muster-Widerrufsformular aus unseren AGB verwenden. Dieser Weg hier ist der schnellste, aber kein vorgeschriebener.
Withdrawal is not subject to any particular form. You may also declare it by e-mail to support@thedrawdowndiary.com or use the model withdrawal form in our Terms. This route is the fastest, but it is not mandatory.

Eine anerkannte oder noch offene Erklärung bewahren wir bis zum Ablauf der gesetzlichen bzw. steuerlichen Fristen auf — auch über eine Kontolöschung hinaus, weil sie den Rücktritt und dessen Zeitpunkt belegt; haben wir den Rücktritt abgelehnt, löschen wir sie spätestens mit Ihrem Konto. Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei der österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde.

An accepted or still undecided declaration is retained until the statutory and tax retention periods expire — including beyond deletion of your account, because it evidences the withdrawal and its date; if we rejected the withdrawal, we delete it at the latest together with your account. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
